The White House passed along a HHS memo on official letterhead titled “Know Your Rights: Reproductive Health Care.” The memo points the public to AbortionFinder.org, an online tool that provides pregnant women information on where they can terminate their pregnancy. The website also directs minors “15 or younger” to resources for bypassing parental notification laws, RealClearPolitics was first to report.
