• In the latest Virginia Commonwealth University survey, Gov. Glenn Youngkin has sustained his positive approval rating as he moves to cut taxes and give parents a greater voice in education.

• Youngkin, who is being talked about as a possible 2024 presidential candidate, is extremely popular with Republicans. Among the GOP, he has an 86% approval rating. Among independents, it’s 57%, and with Democrats, just 21%.
