The reported death toll makes it the deadliest attack in one place since strike in September in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, according to War Crimes Watch project.

Russia this weekend also targeted the capital, Kyiv, and the northeastern city of Kharkiv, ending a two-week lull in the airstrikes it has launched against Ukraine’s power grid and urban centers since October.
