At a glance
A suspect that allegedly desecrated a monastery in Subiaco, Arkansas has been arrested.
The vandal entered the Subiaco Abbey on January 5 with a sledgehammer and busted open the top of the altar.
He dug into the slab of stone and stole two reliquaries with three relics using a conventional hammer, an axe, and a sledgehammer.
The man tampered with the tabernacle and removed a cross before he was discovered and fled.
