Southern California 80 Degrees With Groovy Waves

The temperatures in Southern California during the winter storm that has pummeled the U.S. east of the Rockies has been in the 60 throughout the past several day with some parts forecasted to reach 80 degrees Fahrenheit on Christmas Day.
