- Navy divers are in the waters Sunday several miles of the South Carolina coast looking for sensors and other equipment from the China surveillance ballon shot down by an Air Force F-22 fighter a day earlier.
- The Navy and Coast Guard have also establish a perimeter around where the balloon fell into the Atlantic Ocean and is searching for debris on shore.
- The military has also reported asked beachcomber to alter officials if any equipment washed ashore.
- The purported spy balloon went down about six miles off the Carolina coast in about 47 feet of water.
