The animated show “Rick and Morty” posted a note to Twitter on Tuesday saying that Adult Swim “has ended its association with Justin Roiland,” co-creator and star of the popular adult cartoon show, according to Deadline.
“Roiland has been charged with one felony count of domestic battery with corporal injury and one felony count of false imprisonment by menace, violence, fraud and/or deceit by the Orange County District Attorney’s office,” Deadline reported.
Adult Swim said that “Ricky and Morty” will continue.
