Police have raised the reward to $115,000 for information leading to an arrest in the killings of six individuals in Stockton, California.
Six homicides and one attempted homicide are believed to be related, according to Stockton Police.
Stockton Police Chief Stanley McFadden said, “By definition, these shootings are a series of killings, so we do believe we could have a potential serial killer, that’s how we are going to treat it, as such.”
