- FBI Deputy Director David L. Bowdich’s dismissal letter to disgraced agent Peter Strzok has been released, and it’s a humdinger.
- Bowdich wrote that Strzok’s “repeated selfishness has called into question the credibility of the entire FBI.”
- Bowdich wrote that Strzok’s biased handling of the Clinton e-mail investigation and the Russia collusion hoax had done lasting damage to the agency.
- He wrote that in his 23 years with the FBI, he had “not seen a more impactful series of missteps which called into question the entire organization and more thoroughly damaged the reputation of the organization.”
- Bowdich added that the damage done by Strzok “will take years to overcome.”
