• Ohio State Republican Rep. Gary Click has introduced a bill to protect preborn human life from abortion.
• Says Ohio “shall recognize the personhood, and protect the constitutional rights, of all unborn humans from the moment of conception.”
• The measure would not prohibit abortion in any case where doing so would “endanger the life of a mother.”
