• Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA), a close ally of Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), became the latest member of Congress on Tuesday to announce her intention not to seek reelection in 2024.
• “I’m choosing this beautiful season of Thanksgiving to announce that I will not seek reelection,” Eshoo, 80, said in a video posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “And I do so with a heart filled with unending gratitude to you, my magnificent constituents.”
