Missouri State Sen. Bill Eigel is taking aim at President Joe Biden by sponsoring new legislation that would disqualify him from the state’s election ballot.

This move comes in response to formal efforts in 33 states to remove former President Donald J. Trump from the ballot. According to the senator, the Democrats’ own standard calls for disqualification of a candidate who provides “aid and comfort” to the enemy, a standard that he believes applies to President Biden.

Sen. Eigel is critical of Biden’s immigration policies, particularly his handling of border security, which he believes has allowed illegal immigration to surge and created a national security threat.

According to him, President Biden is causing more harm to America than any other president in history. The senator claims that his new legislation would expose the absurdity of Colorado and Maine’s decisions to remove Trump from the ballot.

The senator has accused the Democrats of pushing lies and fairytales to kick the former president off the ballot in their states, and he insists that Republicans should fight back using the facts. Sen. Eigel said that Democrats only believe in democracy when it favors them, and he urges Republicans to stand their ground in protecting the sovereignty of our nation and the people.

In a related development, the Secretary of State in Colorado announced that Trump would appear on the state ballot. The decision was made as the election ballots have been certified, and the case is currently being adjudicated by the Supreme Court. Oral arguments are set for Feb. 8.
