Parents at a Canada school where trans teacher “Kayla Lemieux” has gone viral after being photographed in classroom settings wearing Z-cup prosthetic breasts are threatening legal action to end the display.
Attorney and parent Rishi Bandhu has sent a letter to the school board urging Lemieux to be held to the same dress code standard that is enforced among students.
“What they’re missing is that when it comes to human rights, and particularly gender expression, context is important. The context that they are missing here is that this is a school, and these are children, they are adolescents, and their maturity is still developing,” Bandhu said.
