For weeks, the question of whether President Joe Biden would shake Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s hand when he visits Saudi Arabia has hounded officials.
The White House doesn’t want Biden to appear to be sucking up to the man the U.S. believes is responsible for a journalist’s murder.
But the president appeared to warmly greet top Saudi officials when he arrived there on Friday.
