- The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office announced in February that no criminal charges would be pursued against Bauer after a months-long investigation into the accusations, and in August of last year, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Dianna Gould-Saltman denied Hill’s petition for a restraining order
