The new Speaker will prevent Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff from serving on the Intelligence Committee and Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee
Comes as pay back for Democrats kicking Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar off their panel assignments in the 117th Congress
Freshman Rep. George Santos, who is under criminal investigation, will also get committee assignments
