UPDATE: One Suspect Found Dead In Canada Deadly Stabbing Spree

Police in Canada said late Monday afternoon that one suspects in the killing of 10 people in series of stabbings Sunday has been found dead.

  • Police said injuries on suspect found are not self inflicted.
  • The second suspect in the case, the brother of the deceased suspect, may be injured and remains on the run, police also said.
  • Police have identified dead suspect as Damien Sanderson, 31, and said other suspect, brother Myles Sanderson, 30, is in province of Saskatchewan.
  • The brothers are suspected of killing 10 people in a series of stabbings in an Indigenous community and a nearby town.
  •  In deadliest attacks in the nation’s history, some victims were targeted, others appeared to have been chosen at random.
