It was supposed to be a grand celebration for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s 70th birthday, doubling as a fundraiser for his White House campaign.

But it seems the PAC Fighting 4 One America, producing the event, has kicked off the new year with a public embarrassment. All of the “well-wisher guests” listed to attend have denied that they plan to attend the birthday bash, and the PAC has found itself in a petty public spat with one of the supposed guests, Martin Sheen.

The fundraiser, organized by American Values 2024, was set to take place on Jan. 22 in Indian Wells, Calif. On Dec. 28, they announced the impressive slate of guests, including Andrea Bocelli, Dionne Warwick and Sheen.

However, it seems Warwick had not heard of the event and is not attending, has no affiliation with Kennedy and will not attend any events or fundraisers in connection with him, her representative confirmed.

Similarly, Bocelli’s representatives also confirmed that he will not perform or attend the fundraiser. Sheen took to Instagram stories to make it clear that he is not endorsing Kennedy and will not be attending his party.

The PAC Fighting 4 One America, producing the event, is now at the center of a controversy with all of the guest speakers denying their attendance. It remains unclear how they came to believe the listed celebs would attend. Given that Kennedy wants to be the Leader of the Free World, this public embarrassment suggests that perhaps he should first learn how to put on a birthday party.
