Florida Panthers Win Stanley Cup In Dramatic, Game 7 Finally

The Florida Panthers on Monday night won the Stanley Cup against the Edmonton Oilers, denying them the opportunity to bring the NHL title back to Canada for the first time since 1993.

The final score, on the Panthers home ice, was 2-1.

The Oilers came back from a 3-0 games deficit to force a winner-take-all Game 7.

The winning goal was score by forward Sam Reinhart, giving the Panthers franchise its first NHL title and preventing them from an historic collapse.
