An illegal alien has been arrested and charged with the rape of a 10-year-old Ohio girl whose story went viral after she was reportedly forced to travel  across state lines to obtain an abortion following the activation of Ohio’s abortion ban that went into effect when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
