• Dylan Mortensen, 21, described her creepy encounter with the black-clad figure, when she opened her bedroom door after hearing a noise a little after 4 a.m.
• A police affidavit states: “Mortensen stated she opened her door … and saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person’s mouth and nose walking towards her.
