- Republicans have long scrutinized the president’s son over his alleged illicit activities.
- Committee Chairwoman Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., said Republicans were “obsessed” with Hunter Biden.
- “This is a nakedly partisan effort,” Maloney said.
