The GOP members are taking up a resolution Tuesday that attempts to get the Biden administration to hand over documents related to Hunter Biden that they are wrongly being withheld from the committee’s investigation.
The resolution gives Biden roughly two weeks to turn over copies of any document, record, report, memo, correspondence, or other communication in his possession that relates to Hunter Biden.
The request also a list of companies or bank accounts possibly related to the matter.
With Democrats in control of the committee and the entire chamber, it’s unclear whether they support and advance the measure requiring Biden, the leader of their political party, to comply.
