A gas station owner in Philadelphia has hired security with AR-15s and Kevlar bulletproof vests to combat rising crime.
Gas station owner Neil Patel said he took drastic measures after experiencing the worst spate of crime at his establishment in decades – which included a gang ripping out and carting away his ATM.
“We are tired of this nonsense – robbery, drug trafficking” and gangs “hanging around,” Patel said.
