• Former CDC Director Robert Redfield, who considers himself a friend of Dr. Anthony Fauci, said Fauci “clearly misled Congress” about funding gain-of-function research.
• Redfield: “The conspiracy is Collins, Fauci, and the established scientific community that has acted in an antithetical way to science.”
• Redfield said he told Fauci that he was “very concerned” that Fauci “was championing this theory that (Covid) came from animals, but there is another theory: that it came from a laboratory.” Redfield indicated that Fauci was trying to cover up his ties to gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.
