Court Green-Lights DeSantis’ Grand Jury To Investigate Vaccine Makers

• The Florida Supreme Court gave Gov. Ron DeSantis the go-ahead to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate mRNA vaccine manufacturers.
• Earlier this month, DeSantis announced his petition for a grand jury to investigate “any and all wrongdoing” in the state by COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers.
• “It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis said.
